Good stuff. I used it for months now. it's fast to heating water. great for tea. easy to clean (whole top can be removed)So far so good. No complain here.

I bought this kettle at the 25 dollar price point and I don't regret it at all. I am a tea lover--not the tea leaf kind. I originally bought the original kettle, the Ovente Glass Electric Kettle, at around the 12 dollar price point and it was great until I accidentally broke it. I also constantly burnt my mouth with it.So having this one with a deliberate temperature control for my rather sensitive mouth has been a game changer for me. It functions just as well as the cheaper one, plus has some added features, which I strongly appreciate, like the keep warm feature, the steeper insert and overall tighter design. The water boils extremely fast, still, but these extra features let me enjoy tea at the temp I want to enjoy it without having to guess how much cold water to add to it. It was rather easy to figure out without reading the manual, so congrats to the industrial engineers, you did a great job on this one.

Works well but I was disappointed to see a plastic seal in the bottom of the pitcher. So everytime you boil water in it, you would be receiving toxins.😖 so defects the purpose of getting rid of toxic coffee makers .

Love my new kettle. I chose this model for it's simple operations and it has a metal spout, unlike kettles with a glass spout which can break easily while washing. Brings the water to a boil then shuts off OR you can press the keep warm option. I will never use the complicated options on other more expensive electric kettles, so why pay for it. This kettle is perfect for my needs and less expensive than others.

I wanted so badly to give this product five stars…A sleek, modern design is presented. The base flows effortlessly into the aesthetic of the glass kettle. Clear indications of volume printed on the side of the vessel are very helpful.This is an engineering masterpiece! The heating coil located beneath the stainless steel bottom is semi-circular with the temperature sensor located well away from what gets hottest, thereby giving an accurate representation of water temperature. The unit seems quite durable, as well.The easy-fill lid is easy to remove as well, but yet stays firmly in place during operation. The lighted display is bright and easy to read. The touchpad controls are adequately sensitive to ensure efficient operation. No fumbling about is needed. And, it’s all- glass and stainless steel construction means I don’t worry about BPA‘s or microplastics leaching into the water.But, alas, a slight disappointment ensued, which brings me to the reason for the lack of the final star. The printing on the touchpads wears off quite easily. I have never been overly aggressive in washing the kettle, but yet, the words and symbols are almost gone from sight. Perhaps a better design would have been to emboss or raise the control pad symbols rather than printing with an ink. Just a thought.Overall, the product is worth every penny, and perhaps even more. I have definitely gotten my money’s worth and satisfaction out of this thing.

I bought this about a year ago and it works great! I love the different recommended temperatures for a variety of beverages. I love that you can extend the heat as you set the temperature so that you don't have to remember to extend after you have poured yourself your first mug. I highly recommend.

Well, we love the look of this, but it was not bought for its looks. It made a terrible shrill sound when it was heating water. Then we discovered that it turns off at every heat setting except boil. Something wrong in the program--boiled two cups of water away, soaking my cabinets, when it failed to alert me and did not shut off. The manufacturer wasted lots of my time sending reports and videos and then said "return it" so we did.

I bought this for the soup noodles my husband loves. But it’s the best for tea. I like to add ginger and a cinnamon stick for iced tea this is just fantastic. It also boils water soo fast I heat the water and throw in a pot super quick spaghetti and Mac and cheese. Easy to clean I love it!! Looks great on the counter as well 5 stars ⭐️!!!
