I've kept a bottle of probiotics in the fridge for years now. If anyone in our family has the slightest stomach upset, we take one or two a day for a couple of days and it clears the issue. Whilst you don't have to keep it refrigerated, it extends the life massively.I always look for 50Bn+ with multiple strains of live probiotics.I researched quite a bit and found this to be the best value at time of purchase (2023)If you've got a runny tummy, I'd highly recommend these first before trying other meds - natural and good for the body!

Made a difference after about 10 days with bloating and overall digestion.

A little expensive compared to competitors but you do get the full dosage in one capsule instead of multiple.It seems have helped me feel a bit better in myself and definitely helped/changed colour and consistancy of my stools. Helped a bit with the flatulance odour too, but that also needs some diet adjustment.Expect cramping, constipation and/or diarrhea for the first couple of weeks as this is the good bacteria battling the bad bacteria. I guess the worse state that your bowels are in to start with then the worse initial reaction you will get.

Excellent Probiotic! Great service whenever I've ordered. Really great too as it does not need to be refrigerated.

I haven't seen any difference etc from taking these, but mainly came here to say a lot of tablets are not full, I've had a completely empty capsule which I binned thinking it was a one off. I've also got one that's rock hard, so another for the bin. I wouldn't purchase these ones again.
