Hi there. These cards are designed for desktop ID card printers (Direct to Print / Re-transfer). They are not recommended for heat press sublimation. Previous customers have tried and mentioned that the cards melt after a couple of seconds when used with a heat press.

Q: What is the radius of the corners?

It's very difficult to be precise, but the corners seem about 3mm radius. But if you need it exactly, I should hesitate.

Q: Can you sublimated onto these please?

No, these cards are designed for Thermal Transfer printers like the Zebra ZXP Series 1 ID Card Printer

Q: Can these be hole punched ?

Hi there, yes. With the correct equipment, you can punch holes into the cards.
