After having a baby, this is your product for those six weeks that follow. Don’t use any other brand or anything else. Unfortunately, I found these later in my weeks following the post partum journey. These are very comfortable for your c section incision (they stretch much more than everything else that I tried) and the level of protection that you feel is far superior to other products. I got more sleep, I felt more comfortable moving about etc. Admittedly, while there are some better “looking” similar products, these are definitely not sleek orrrrr ehhh sexy BUT, after having a c section and needing comfort so badly, I didn’t exactly care about that.

Used when I had my most recent baby. Super stretchy and comfortable. No leaks at all even on the heavier days of healing and discrete. Great quality and very durable

These are super comfortable and feel like underwear. I got this for post partum and they’ve been a heaven sent. Instead of the bulky heavy duty things they give you at the hospital these fit nicely and make me feel a bit more normal while protected.

My favorite for postpartum! I even send these to my friends and family who are PP as well. They hold so much and you can wear them underneath most pants without being noticeable (obviously not leggings). They also have a nice subtle scent which helps with confidence that you're smelling your best. Lastly, they are extremely comfortable and not itchy at all which is a big plus for a sensitive skin girlie like myself!

These are just perfect for my grandmother who still WANTS to wear pretty panties but NEEDS absorption. They make her still feel lady-like. And when you are in your 80's, very little about life makes you feel that way.

I've needed these due to stress incontinence from a prolonged and very strong cough. I tried a few different options and have to say these were the best fitting. I ordered according to the size chart and the Large was perfect as a size 16-18. It also doesn't have the absurdly high cut legs or cheeky backs some other brands had. Good coverage and stretch, pretty discreet under close fitting clothes, good absorbency/protection from leaks. But they smell SOOOOO strong. I've had the package open for weeks, fanned them out a bit hoping they'd air out and lose some of the fragrance. Nope. It's a very strong floral, kinda sweet perfumy smell no matter how I store them, how long they've been out of the package, and continue to smell the entire time I'm wearing them. My skin became irritated as well after a few uses. Can't conclusively say it's because of the fragrance, but can't have helped. So disappointed I can't continue to use them because, again, it's a great fit and leak protection. I've periodically used the Always Discreet liners in the past, and while also scented, as I recall it was a very light, not too noticeable scent. This product's smell is very strong, not pleasant.
