I’m a convert! We had All Clad copper core non stick pan before and it was old and time for a replacement. Read lots of reviews and this kept coming up so went for a try. I’m an avid cook and want something that will get the job done without needing lots of butter. These handled eggs many ways, pancakes, and more no problem! So superior to every other non stick pan (tried the Hex too) that call me converted.

We have had these for about 3 months now, and they see almost daily use. We take good care of them, following all the instructions to use only silicone spatulas, and clean with only soft sponges and mild soap. They continue to have a high-quality non-stick surface after all this use. They are heavy, so conduct heat perfectly, although you should wait 30-45 seconds to allow them to heat completely before starting cooking. Just follow the included instructions and you will LOVE these!

I bought 3 sizes of these pans and I love them. So easy to use and clean. The food just slips off with no effort and a quick wipe cleans them up effortlessly. Highly recommend.

I’ve had these for 6 months now. At first they were great, the food didn’t stick and it was easy to cook with them. We washed them by hand even though it says they’re dishwasher safe. But last month I noticed that food was starting to stick and it was getting harder and harder to clean whatever sticks. You can’t use anything abrasive so instead have to soak and use a soft sponge. But now everything we cook on these is sticking. It’s hard to remove that from the pan so these are going in the garbage. Pans should last more than 6 months.

I have not had these skillets long however at this point in time, I love them. They heat very evenly and they clean almost effortlessly.

Love these pans!! They require almost no oil, are completely nonstick and clean up with no effort at all !!

I've had these pans for only a month but have used them almost every day and so far they've performed well. The "Infinite8" ceramic coating seems very durable, and the pans are well-crafted and solid. These perform much better than the Hexclad pans I recently bought which I didn't use much because they weren't really non-stick, and later it was discovered that Hexclad lied about their pans being toxin-free so I threw them in the trash. Time will tell how long these pans will perform as well as they do right now, but I'm already considering buying the 12" wok-style pan - although I wish they offered a 10" version in this Valencia Pro line (which I don't think they do). Will update my review later after several more months of use if necessary. Satisfied with these pans so far, and would recommend them.

Well made and very non-stick. If you take care of the ceramic they seem to last.
