The remote you delivered was defective and a request for exchange was agreed by you within 4 days of purchase However you have suddenly removed this agreement from the orders Please replace as it is showing 1 year warranty on your site

All switches are working
Built is sturdy and switches are good. Range is pretty good, thanks for the remote in such a comparatively lower price than original Sony remote (1650/-). My Bravia is working fine with this.
