Great for checking fuses, easy to use

Pros I would say nice little carrying case and the lead and connecting clamp seem to be quality enough for casual usage.Definite con would be the audible for continuity does not work every time continuity is achieved. Also I've yet to get it to measure voltage at a residential duplex outlet.

Well, it isn't really a test lamp, it is a small voltmeter. I love the fact that it has a light, which helps out when testing and under the dash, especially to test fuses under there( why in the heck do car manufacturers put the fuse box in the worst locations?). This has a green back light, which is very pleasant. I used it to test dead flashlight batteries, as soon as I got it out of the package, so the voltage readout goes down to .4 volts. Only thing I don't like is the case, cases are always nice, but this case just needs to be a 1/4" longer so the tester didn't have to be forced and manipulated into fitting in it. Other than that it is a great little tool, and for $13 and change, I can't complain. Thanks. Kem. 8/22/24

Works as expected and helps a lot getting things done without a VOM so it saves a lot of space

This thing is good now when you compare two 3 others price higher this one and this one belive it or not but this one came out a number 2 out of 4 and the one who bet only because this one was little slower that's it now milwaukee got number 1 so that should tell you the name brand's Riobi... Dewalt

Do not recommended. the unit stopped working, so decided to replace the battery and completely death. Stay away and buy something else.
