Q: Does it have a rigid bottom (so to speak)?

This is a very sturdy little bag and holds a lot. It does not have an insole but the bag is shaped as if it has, so it appears to have one. It is an excellent bag and very good value for money. It is very smart and very good quality. Highly recommend.

Q: How many liters it can hold

I don't know how many litres it holds but it holds a lot. It can hold shoes, tablet, several changes of clothes, toiletries and magazines. It looks deceiving but is very roomy. Excellent value and strong material. Would recommend.

Q: Will this fit Ryanair 40x25x20?

I've never travelled with Ryanair but reading the description it gives the sizes and states that it is suitable for Ryanair. Hope this helps. I have 2 of these bags in different sizes and would definitely recommend.

Q: can never keep up with the changing rules, but can this be carried on in addition to a handbag or in place of a handbag? Thanks

I carried this on as a handbag as think can only take one piece of hand luggage on board. I put an empty handbag inside for use on my holiday.
