Truly cosmic... just WOW! The Star Tarot appeals both to my inner child and my inner metaphysics nerd. It has a rare and sublime balance of cosmic Star and Earth energy that is so perfect for healing work and soul alchemy. I got the Majors only deck back in 2010 and have waited 7 years for the full 78-card deck. It was worth the wait. This is, to me, the perfect Tarot deck. Brava, Cathy!I have added a couple of pictures of side by side comparisons with the Majors only deck. Don't be fooled into thinking the full deck is small. It is larger than a standard-sized Tarot deck - It's the Majors only deck that is the size of a book.The magnetic lid box from Schiffer publishing is nice and sturdy too. Can't comment on the contents of the book yet but I am glad that Cathy works with the Golden Dawn correspondences which is the system I already use, and also that she writes as much about the Minors as she does about the Majors... can't wait to get stuck in!

I love the cards and accompanying book the art is out of this world😉, really inspires, the colours, the vibrancy, the imagery, the symbolism 😊😊😊The book really brings the cards to the spiritual , emotional, mental and physical,The book breakdown the human experience in a soulfully life enhancing way,I like to write out the book interpretations for memory retention and I find it therepeutic, like a mindful way of meditating as its like writing a magical spell for the subconsciousMy out come card for what this deck wants to teach me I got the 8 of cups"the key to the eight of cups is to accept the change that is beckoning and taking necessary steps toward the transition"

I am having such a wonderful time getting to know this deck. I am very grateful to Ms McClelland for sharing her wonderful work with us in the form of this deck. I would love to someday own one of her original artworks as she has fast become one of my favourite artists and her work really speaks to me. A lot of thought and detail has gone into the accompanying book and therefore it is a great companion to the deck, I'm glad they come in the set together. This deck has an incredibly meditative, transcendent, other-worldly quality that makes it a good addition to any deck collection!

Belles cartes

Esta baraja es realmente muy muy especial. Así que de acuerdo a su carácter, la usaré sólo con personas igualmente especiales. Sus láminas son preciosas y están cargadas de magia y simbología.El libro también es excelente (en inglés). La información que aporta es muy útil.Los contras: Cartas de cartulina fina plastificada, nada que ver con las barajas de lo scarabeo o US Games. El tamaño para mí es demasiado grande, me cuesta manipularlas y ocupan mucho en la mesa. Creo que acabaré recortando los bordes, son demasiado anchos y no aportan nada.

The Star Tarot is a remarkable deck on so many levels. It is multi-cultural in its approach to images and symbolism and has a deep understanding of a broad range of symbols. Each card is a work of art. I am very impressed with this beautiful, colorful deck, based on the Golden Dawn and Thoth traditions, and am finding it has a wise, kind voice. The accompanying book is amazing and all the symbols used on each card are explained in detail. This deck is going to become a treasure for me and a classic in the Tarot world. Kudos to its author and artist, Cathy McClelland. HIGHLY recommended!
