Polydron 20-5005R Mighty Tub, 4 years

I recently bought this mighty tub of Polydrons for my sons 5th birthday.He loved playing with Polydrons in nursery school and even though he does'nt sit still for more than five minutes, his nursery said how he would sit for ages making houses and shapes out of these Polydrons. With the promise of him sitting still for a minute we bought him a tub and they have been fantastic. So many toys get bought and forgotten within a week, but Polydrons, very much like Lego is a long lasting present that he keeps getting out and playing with again and again, with the added advantage that they are impossible to break..We all join in, with competitions to see who can contruct the best thing, so it has proved to be something for all the family.A Perfect Christmas present for any boy that likes construction toys, like Lego or Mechano.

Plenty of pieces so a great toy for taking out when the children have company. Has the educational element so children are learning whilst playing. Some ideas for use but can be used as desired too

Endless fun and a superb value tub. (The official Polydron is high quality plastic rather than junk.) Instructions for all of the models shown would be helpful though - you can't see the back of many of them.

The item arrived well on time and well packed. My kids absolutely love it.....it can keep them busy for hours and they are begining to get an idea of 3d shapes........it's easier to explain vertices and edges and faces to them.

As educational toys go this is ok but probably best kept as a maths resource in school. It is very expensive for what it is and though my older children both played with it for a while ( I bought it for my 7 year old) it quickly became consigned to the cupboard.

Nice amount of pieces with added extra of wheels to build a car.Comes with a book full of designs to create.

This item is quite pricey but was bought for my son who is a big builder, the things he's made with this are incredible. Definately recommended
