First, don't order it from China. If you order from a US supplier it comes in a few days not weeks like some complain about; easy fix for the delay. I like it, having a weighted blanket is a game changer, but I would like to try other brands to see if they leak sand as well. It seems to have stopped leaking, but it certainly did leak some sand and now some pockets are empty, mainly on the edges. It is hot, but that is the nature of having sand and blankets are supposed to keep you warm, so I suppose it works well in that regard. I can't compare sand to other materials but it does mold well to your body and provides weight as advertised. I wish it was higher quality, but it isn't bad.

Was anticipating when I would get the product but once I got it I started using it and finally I can relax. However, since I have been using it my children have been sneaking it away at night to sleep with. So I have no problem ordering more because it does the job. The durability of the stitching is done well. Nothing negative to say.

It was talked about in the blogs and sounded appealing, but it is heavy but not warm. And other than taking up a lot of room on the bed (unless you let it slide onto the floor), it doesn't do much. I've experienced none of the calming cuddle effect that was highly touted.

This has been used daily for 9 months. It is great quality and still looks new. I'd give it 5 stars just for that! We've used it to help with seizure recovery and better sleep. It has worked wonders!

We bought this blanket for our adult daughter (it was all she asked for Christmas). It arrived exactly as described, the quality was great! She is very happy with it and I'm sure it will help her with the anxiety she gets from having a stressful job.

This is amazing for calming a child with hyper or agitation behavior. It is rather heavy and not something you can just "pull up". May seem a little pricey but is well worth it.
