Super comfy, Flexible an breathable
I thought I would never be able to say I found a waist trainer that was comfortable. I’m 5’0 156lbs purchased the X-Large which was recommended but with the extender provided I should have gotten a Large. I’m currently on the middle notch. it’s flexible a breathable which is needed when chasing after my little ones. 4 stars cause the size chart

Not always for to size
I ordered to the right size chart and it came WAY too big. The return policy is insane, will reorder and try again. Hopefully with a good review
