does it transfer ? it says its water poor but will it stay put?

It transfers to my brushes well and stays on well for me but I also use a primer so that makes the staying power increase and I don’t have to worry about getting my face wet or my makeup transferring. Just use a shadow primer for all eyeshadows, you will be good!

Seriously ? Can't you just say does this have glitter ? Do you have to add your ridiculous opinion that glitter is for children ? You should NOT buy this because unless you are blind you can CLEARLY see in the photos it contains glitter so your question was really asked just to state your opinion and glitter is for anyone who wants to wear it and look gorgeous... so it's not the palette for you. You should stick with boring matte shades for sure. Stop being rude with your opinions in the form of questions your eyes can answer if you bother to LOOK or READ the description !! Wow.. glitter must look really BAD on you.
